Q: How often do I get billed?
A: Services will be billed the first week of each month.

Q: When is my water bill due?
A: Bills will be due at the end of business on the last business day of the month.

Q: What is the Minimum Bill?
A: A monthly minimum bill of $43.00 per month will be charged to each address every month, even when meter reading does not occur (winter months).

Q: What is the overage rate?
A: Overage will be billed at $0.90 per 100 cubic feet over the first 1000 cubic feet. This would apply to any overage.

Q: What billing units is my bill calculated on?
A: We bill in hundreds of cubic feet 100 cf = 748 gallons.

Q: Is there a Late Charge?
A: Yes, there is late charge of $7.50 per month. It will be added to accounts with a past due balance.

Q: When is my account considered delinquent?
A: Accounts are considered delinquent after 60 days and will be subject to termination of service.
